Taggy, this is a great video of the activity around Central Station and I do like your track and gantry work. Is this a particular route that you are working on, or is it just a diorama for screenshots and videos?
Also will it be available for download? Keep up the great work!!!

Thanks Roy.
It is a full route, electrified to about half way and then steps out to "Country" areas. When running the XPT from Central to Macksville, it takes around 90 minutes to complete.
All stations are either named after real life places or are made up by me. There are three areas that have been merged built from other people so in order for me to release it, I would have to seek each persons permission and I don't think I would succeed.
Id love to release it, its NSW based with track and signals placed as NSW do. Its great for all the goodies Memeboy will be releasing as well as our favorites from the all of other NSW creators.

Much of the route is un finished scenery as I suck at it. All track is laid and signaled and wired were applicable. (Including two yards for electric loco hauled freights)

If I was to get permission and some help with scenery Id be happy to share so we all have somewhere to run Both Electric and Diesel trains.

Some more development from Memeboy and his silver sets. They now have working Destination boards with every location available taken from the real train lists in each drivers cab. Below are a few examples.

Hi Taggy, Wow! It must be a huge layout from Sydney to Macksville. I too am just a novice at detailing scenery, so I may not be at a standard that is good enough. I was really hoping someone may have covered the Sydney Metro area and would have a basic layout that could be tinkered with. I did attempt to recreate Sydney Central - Redfern - Newtown + Erskineville - St Peters + the Eveleigh workshops some years ago, but it was a pretty pathetic effort. So when TS12 crashed once, this file and a few others disappeared,... never to be found again. I never tried to resurrect it again. A worse route was the Indian Pacific running from Sydney to Perth, but that looked Like it had been done by a 5 year old.

However, after seeing the quality of the work being done recently in T:ANE, and in particular, with all the NSW locos, consists and rolling stock that is being produced lately, it just re-sparks my imagination somewhat. I might have another go at Central - Redfern.

Do you know of any Sydney networks that may have been put together as a route? I've been through the DLS but nothing jumps out at me.

I've extended my route with an additional station 'Lawnton'. A QR EMU waits at the platform before heading through the crossing.
