Decided to add wires to my layout.

I may have asked this before, so bear with me if I've forgotten the answer, BUT...

...I have a "Series II" X Class in Freight Australia livery. I have a "Series III" X Class in V/Line livery. I also have a whole series of (really nice looking) T Class in V/Line livery, as well as a couple of low-nose PN liveried versions.

Has anybody made a "Series III" X or any T Class in Freight Australia livery?

EDIT: For that matter, has anyone made a PN X Class, or an SSR/CFCLA T Class? I'm getting greedy, but I only model "modern" NSW, so I'm a little limited ;).

I made a stack of x class locos even one without a cab, cant remember what they were or if I released them all for that matter they are either under my kuid or victrainz and in 04
cheers

G'day!

@Pete, I think this'd be a good time to ask, the Pac Nat XR and XRB Classes you made are faulty in 2012. Would you consider updating them please?

Cheers! :)

Jake.

Those who want factual data on these might be interested in downloading the rolling stock manuals which cover locos, passenger including suburban and long distance, freight and some service stock. The links below take you to the download site where the front cover of the document is displayed so you can see what the item is before you select the download button.

Links to the QR blue book diagrams in PDF format.
One is dated 1982 and the other 1991. Both about 9 MB.

I have mentioned these links before but some new members may not realise these are available for free download.

Just a really dumb question did you have permission from QR to share these books as I know they are copyrighted documents

Peter,

About ten years ago from 1999; you may have heard of the Railway Shop which used to be located in the former Railway Refreshement Rooms at South Brisbane Railway Station in Brisbane. QR were selling all manor of stuff from signs, benches, locomotive destination reels, tickets and even items from the Workshops such as the reffered Rollingstock Books. The shop closed its doors in early 2004 after cost cutting measures by the railways. Maybe he purchased it legally from the shop and has decieded to share its contents. Which makes excellent source of modelling trainz and my model layout at home.

Kindest Regards
Michael Gitsham

@jarrad, you might have to fix the crossover, the heights seem out of proportion. But overall, keep its up; its looking magnificent :)
