What is happening Auran?
Will not let me download stuff of the DS makes me the server is full and you try again later ...:confused:

Well, the at least 10x 3.5 kb/s claim haven't been true for me tha last week.
My connection never gets better than 9 kb/s to DLS now - for a couple of weeks ago I had about 300 kb/s....
 
With a first class ticket i usually get around 600kb/s. I only pay'd £15 for a year so it is really worth the investment.
 
Type in superscript in the search field on the left and you get many old versions and the newest version:

but that's from the DS, the content manager and tells me that the server is very busy

Yeah same, I just bought Trainz 2010 and a years first class ticket subscription. But I've only be able to download 2 files out of 6 over the last 2 hours.

Pretty pathetic really guys...
 
That should not happen if the process is followed correctly.

After buying a First Class Ticket, there is a process that must be followed for it to activate correctly.

Make sure that Trainz is not running during steps 1 and 2.

1.Make sure the ticket is indeed activated (Profile>Download Tickets)
2.Change your Planet Auran password (you can use the same one, but it will need to be reentered in the profile)
3.If you are using Content Manager to download the files, the Download Helper panel may need to be cleared of items.

Actually even FCT's don't seem to work today, (April 3 - Canada a.m.). I have a FCT and still getting the Server Full message. Checking the Server Status would seem to indicate that there should be lots of space on the FCT server....but still no joy...??
 
As suggested by Shaneturner12, reset the password in my profile and that seems to have cured the problem. Not sure why that would be the case but won't argue with the results. Many thanks!
 
Well I've reset my password about 4 times with no joy. I can't log into any of the FTP servers either (yes I'm putting in the new ftp password generated with each auran pw change).

I also don't have any Trainz title installed. I just keep getting the following:

"Contacting download site...please wait.
Download Link unavailable.

<< Wait 5 - 10 minutes then Click to Reload Page >>"

Also getting really slow d/l rate for the files I have been able to get. I'm on an ADSL2 connection here and I'm only averaging 80kb's.

I'm at work tomorrow so I can't email tech support :'(
 
Well, that could be your problem right there...

I'm sorry? what the heck does that have to do with anything?

There is no download manager or installer anywhere on the auran shop site that I could locate.

I'm really starting to regret buying this now
