That should not happen if the process is followed correctly.
After buying a First Class Ticket, there is a process that must be followed for it to activate correctly.
Make sure that Trainz is not running during steps 1 and 2.
1.Make sure the ticket is indeed activated (Profile>Download Tickets)
2.Change your Planet Auran password (you can use the same one, but it will need to be reentered in the profile)
3.If you are using Content Manager to download the files, the Download Helper panel may need to be cleared of items.
