Auran Site & Store?

Does anyone happen to know what is going on with this company's website and store? I tried to order the download version of Trainz2010 for my son, and it is stuck showing "In Process" in their store. I also did not receive any email confirmation of my order.

Additionally, I placed a "ticket" with the Help Desk", and, so far, after nearly 2 days, all I have gotten is the automated repsonse from the Help Desk. Obviously, somthing is up here, so anyone who might be albe to shed some light on this would be most appreciated.

I can only just wait for them to sort out the problems. The whole site responses seem slow. Only the forum board works ok.

I got it to work after midnight local time UK last night - renewing my FCT after three failed attempts a week ago. It was slow but it did work.
