Does anyone happen to know what is going on with this company's website and store? I tried to order the download version of Trainz2010 for my son, and it is stuck showing "In Process" in their store. I also did not receive any email confirmation of my order.
Additionally, I placed a "ticket" with the Help Desk", and, so far, after nearly 2 days, all I have gotten is the automated repsonse from the Help Desk. Obviously, somthing is up here, so anyone who might be albe to shed some light on this would be most appreciated.
