Auran does not accept Serial Number

I have bought my Trainz 2006 at bol.com, there is a serial number in the box, when i entered this number for use of the content manager, auran says serial number not found, now the whole Trainz 2006 doesn't want to start anymore. I feel myself :'(

Click on the Helpdesk link http://auran.com/helpdesk/default.php and submit a ticket as they are the only ones that can deal with your issue.

Be absolutely sure you type it correctly. 2 and Z, 0 and o look a lot alike, for instance. Been there, done that.

First, you need to click the "Profile" link at the top of this page.

Then, go to Serial Number and enter the one you received there in the area provided.

Once that is done, CM should be able to find your serial number and begin to allow access to the DLS. Be advised, though, that support for TRS2006 has been discontinued and the Help Desk may not respond.

Until your version of Trainz shows up next to your username on a post, like my five versions, it isn't registered. Until that happens, you won't be allowed to use the DLS.

Unlikely to be spam. He has TS2010 registered and it's his first post. He probably was testing to see if he could post if the forum. (not to sure where unsupported TRS2006 comes into play) ???

All we can do now is welcome the newbie on-board...

Re the serial number, nope, I registered a copy of ts2006 (bought from the local supermarket uber-cheap) a couple of weeks ago, so it still allows registration.

I was thinking that after i had posted. ive seen bots spaming forms before. welcome nupreuss. http://www.bol.com/nl/p/games/trainz-railway-simulator-2006/1004004010364799/index.html thats the link i found to get the game. The nerve of some publishers it was published last november and TRS 2006 isnt even supported!? we knew the day was coming.

If it came to you sealed or with tape over the box to show it hasn't been used (Did you buy it used or new?) then you should be fine, however, if you brought it from a pre-owned store, then the copy is simply dud, because the serial number can be regiestered once and once only to a profile. Therefore, Helpdesk is your only source to sort this out.
