Auran does not accept Serial Number

It was a sealed box, after i installed the game all was swell but when i started to use the Auran registration site the game did not work anymore, when i deinstall the game and reinstall all is allright again and i can play the installed game but when i try again to register myself at auran with the supplied serial the game refuses again to work.

This is not normal, after trying to add components the program doesnt want to run anymore, i quit with this auran trainz story, glad that i didnt pay to much.
