Auran Deleted my account???

I last used my previous Auran Account about 1 year ago to register my TS2012 serial number. The problem was that my computer wasn't powerful enough to run the game so i removed it from my previous computer. A year later, i have a much more powerful computer (sorry for my ignorance regarding the specifications of computers) and thought that TS2012 might run better on this computer, which it does. The problem is that i made an attempt to register my serial number with Auran that way i could add content to the game and it said that i have the wrong password/Username.

I then checked everywhere. Previous purchases i made from the site. (TS2006-TS2012 and other games such as Transport Giant) and the serial numbers they sent me, in addition to a password reset i made before, but to No avail. I tried preforming a password reset through Simulator Central and i received no E-Mail at all. I checked all over in as many sites as possible and still no luck.

Before i reach the helpdesk since they don't answer back for a long time, i wanted to seek help from players.

Sorry if my English isn't that good and sorry if i posted this in the wrong section i just really want to retrieve the $100+ worth of purchases from Auran i made.

Please ensure that you are entering the email address that you used in the old account. Email addresses can only be used in one account at a time, and as such the email address in your old account will be different to the one in your current account.

Please note, we do not delete accounts, by request or otherwise. As such, your account will still be in the system. If you are still unable to reset your password, then please contact the helpdesk. Please include information such as possible usernames, email addresses, or serial numbers that may be in the account.
