Auran.com Problem

Here's where I'm at.

1. I surrender. I have asked the helpdesk to figure this out.

2. I can access this site with FF.

3. I have shut down my Security Software and still can't get on using FF.

4. I used IE 7.0 and was able to access Planet Auran after struggling with Microsoft Certificates, whatever that might be.

Thanks for all the info and advice. I'll see what the helpdesk says.

But, from the information you have given I'm just as confused as you are and hoping some FF experts here may be able to assist.

Have you tried downloading the Adobe Flashplayer plugin as suggested by dh2k3? Did that work?

What version of FF do you have?

Try some of the suggestions listed in this thread and let us know how you go.

I would check the signing rules for FF. if you had to go thru multipul certificates with IE. they might be blocking you from accessing. Tools>Options>Advanced>Encryption
Also check your popup blocker for accessing Planet. Planet will always come up as a popup (java activated popup, so the open in new window rules will miss it)
