WOW!!! I just discovered Trainz today for my iPad and I downloaded the digital version of Trainz Simulator 12. Installing it, I came to a screen that asked for my serial number. Anyone know where I find the serial number on a digital download version? I am at a loss and so frustrated cuz I cant install my game...the iPad version is awesome and i cant wait to get the PC version up and going....HELP!!!!

Serial number should have been emailed. If not go back to the shop, login, click My orders, click the order and the serial number should be there.

One hopes they will let us know, otherwise I will gauge their success by the posts in these forums, checking to see if those who have ordered new versions have them registered or not. That seems to be a pretty good indicator.

I coundn't resist.... I had to throw in the N&W/NS pack from JR as well on top of the heritage pack....... 4 more locos at under a buck each? So, 24 locos for $21.21!!! And another $5 for Murchison 2. INSANE sale guys! Thanks.

I successfully downloaded the S&C addon, but the file, which is called S&C_Installer, has no extension. Windows doesn't know what to so with it, and neither do I. What do I do with it?

I suppose if you pay five bucks for a file, it's a bit much to expect to get an extension with it................:hehe:

Serials are under My Orders then click the order, similar to the Original method.

I spent half an hour exploring the site and then left it a few hours before ordering anything just to make sure where things were going to hopefully get recorded in the event of something going wrong, which it seemingly did for some.

Afraid mine was faultless, got two emails on finishing the purchase in the time it took to open Thunderbird to check.

Check your window folder settings to see if it displays the extensions. Mine came in with .exe on it and was 460,300

My account, log in, then Look at the left hand side of the web page, my downloadable products. Serial numbers, my orders, click on the order and it will give you the serial number.

I can't imagine running Windows with extensions hidden. It's scary enough as it is...............

So no routes or sessions in the S&C addon? That's disappointing.
