I bought 2012 on the site. It gave me 10 trys to download. It gets about 85 percent and times out and crashes. 3 2gb files, i could only get the 250 meg one without a crash and now i have used up all 10 trys on setup1.

Tried to open a support case on simulator central, that page just crashes. opened 2 cases with auran.com and can't get a reply. Not even an automated email response. WTF is up with this lack of support?

Try it with firefox or a specialist down load manager program, Internet Explorer doesn't handle big downloads well. Typically help desk will take a week to respond. If you have the serial number then that's the important bit.

I purchased Trainz 2010 this morning and downloaded the files. Setup keeps asking for "disk 1" which of coarse I don't have. There is also a file called "TrainzSimulator 2010 setup.part1" which says I don't have a program to open. I'm dead in the water and apparently the support isn't working.
 
My order for the Mega Pack was flawless. It needs more refinement, yes but seems to function properly.
Almist instant delivery of product I experienced.

Yes but you knew what you were doing, or read the instructions first, its not a fair test.

I just finished downloading over 8Gb of content from Simulator Central. The site functioned without fault, I received my E Mails in less than ten seconds, and within an hour had downloaded everything I bought and registered the same. I used a credit card in lieu of PayPal, and downloaded with Firefox, with no download program while my Norton was performing a system scan. My ISP is Comcast, and the downloads were on the average of 1.8Mbs.
It all worked perfectly. Thank you N3V, and I wish you much success and profits in the future!
 
Been trying for over 6 hours to connect with this site. Tried two different browsers but no connection available.

I'm glad some are having success, but it seems I am not one of the lucky ones. Took 4 attempts to get the NS Heritage pack, and of those 4 attempts, 2 were good enough to get all 20 .cdp's (some from each pack being corrupted).

Still have not gotten a working attempt at the TS2009, Snc Route or the other Route(after 4~5 attempts at each, at 37mbps...going on 19 hours now), keeps downloading ".file" files, no ".exe"...I'm thinking it has something to do with "Authentication Required" message I get from DAP, but when I put in User Name and Passsword, DAP kicks back an error "can't accelerate" and I get booted out. Downloading with IE8 is successful in-that I can get complete "file", but they are useless and unopenable.

...now it seems the site is gone completely, no 403 messege, no 404 messege...just "IE can not display Page". I knew it was too good to be true.

One serious concern, and I only saw it slightly mentioned once before, compared to "Steam"...this all seems to be thru Amazon, so are we getting the "amazon versions", or are we getting the direct from n3v versions as we did from the Auran Store?? (please only Auran personel answer that one).

Edit: I also did not get any emails after I made my purchase, other than my PayPal receipt, but I do have links under My Downladable Content...no serial numbers though.

It was easy for them to take my money but so far no luck with the product. The first download appeared to go smoothly until I tried to install. I am getting an error (TS12_Setup.part1.exe: Packed data CRC failed in setup-1b.bin. The volume is corrupt) when trying to install. Now it seems the server is clogged and I can't even download another attempt.
 
There's some server issues at the moment. Also try downloading using either Google Chrome,Firefox, or a download manager.

Thank you Shane for the .rar trick, unfortunately, after they became legitimate files, I found they are all corrupt...so I have to start over...at least the site is back up again, for now.

Edit: Also, after Server returned, I do have Serial Numbers on "My Order" page.
