Looks good, although I'm still waiting to hear from N3V regarding contributing towards the troubleshooter content. Also, you could also do with a 'my issue is not covered here' option, at least to start with, on the troubleshooter.

So, how do I log an urgent ticket? All it gave me was to do a search, when I tried to submit a ticket, and furthermore, my question I did try to ask, does not appear in my view ticket box, even though it was sent successful.

Need help please.
 
I am having trouble starting up TS12. It says my version is outdated. When I first tried to update my software, it quit in the middle of install and then I couldn't start TS12 again. What would be the procedure to update my version to the latest? My current build is 46957. I know I haven't been in the software in a while but would really like to start again. By the way, I had to reinstall the software from my DVD's.

Firstly, welcome to the forums.

Secondly, you will need to reinstall the game, then use the automatic patcher (this can be activated by entering your username and password in the Train Options bo at the same time as your serial number). If it aborts part way through, you will need to post the exact error given by the patcher.

This new help desk system is not recognizing my user id and password which is preventing me to put in a help desk ticket. I made a post on the general forums about this and have yet been provided with an answer.
 
I have tried to access the new help system to ask a question re build numbers. e.g. My boxed DVD of TS2010EE may have a fault on DVD 1. During the installation process ja files 5 - 8 are rejected and it seems from comment in the forums that the DVD has a fault. I am prepared to buy another boxed set of TS2010EE but would like to know the build Number. My existing one is 41491. Unfortunately, I can't find the appropriate section in which to ask the question.
What do I do Next???????????????

Hi Everyone,

There was an issue that has been effecting a handful of users where the new helpdesk was rejecting their login credentials. This has now been resolved.

We'd like to thank everyone who took the time to send us their feedback, screenshots, and other information to help us identify and isolate this issue. If you are still having difficulties logging into the new system, please let us know via these forums or get in contact with an admin.
 
Where is the update for the mac version? Where is the french version? That's two important questions for me now.:'(
 
Well I'm not impressed!

I've tried to report the failure of iPortals in TS12 SP1 HF3 but there is no category for reporting faulty content and, even though I was logged in correctly, I couldn't create a help ticket. Are you not interested in assets that don't work?
 
I would use the top category, followed by the option relating to content, followed by the bug option. Bear in mind thought that N3V did not create the IPortal though.

This is useless. I recently bought the game, found out it does not work as advertised, created a support ticket and then nothing. No reply for more than a week! This is unacceptable.
 
Welcome to the forums. Most issues (apart from account/serial number issues) can be dealt with quicker on these forums if you give us the information required.

I have a big problem! I've just bought Trainz Simulator for Mac (digital dowload from app store). It was a good install with no problems. But when i open up the game, there's no trains, no routes, no content at all!

I want help fast because i payed money for this game and i can't even play it!
