What everyone else has pointed out is what I noticed. Mainly the logo and the couplers. The bell could be on the other side. US rolling stock in that time era didn't have the chain/hook coupling system. They had knuckle type couplers. So they wouldn't be able to pull any of their rolling stock with it without modifications.
The logo doesn't have the color fading like the paint on the side of the tender. It's to sharp and crisp compared to the graininess of everything else in the photo. All in all it looks like a doctored picture.
