Am I Getting Purchased items?

During the Ver-100240 rebuild I see: ! <NULL> Failed to download pre-cached data for package '45025s' at build '100240'
This happens for several "packages". I really do not know what the number means so if I have the packages is a mystery.
I tried forcing a load of purchased items but nothing showed up.

No. It means that the package version installed doesn't have an equivalent download install available. This will show up with every database repair if you watch the log details as it runs.

You'll see a large number of these "failed to download pre-cached data..." messages EVERY time you perform a database repair. Even after a successful installation and for months afterwards. Situation normal.
New patches and updates for beta versions do not include pre-cached data either, so you can always run the Trainzutil command: prebuild to sort this. (DBR Messages won't go away, but the in-game pre-caching messages and pauses won't then be seen immediately after you start a session or open a route for the first time after running this repair).
Fair Warning: This Prebuild process takes about as long as a Full Database Repair. You only need to do this once, after installing a new patch.
