Account problems.

Hi guys. This has been bothering me for quite some time now, and judging from Auran's latest reply I doubt Helpdesk will continue to help.

These people claim that on the 14th of March 2008 I tried to register a serial for TRS2006. I would like to clarify that I did not do so and at that point of time I was not actively involved in either the Trainz community or the DLS. In fact, I have never received an email from Auran regarding this 14th March incident until the reply to my ticket a couple of days ago. It is against logic why I would attempt to register a warez serial number for a title which I legally own and have already registered an accepted serial number for. Can someone from Auran or one of the moderators look into this please?

Hi Nick,

Did you happen to "typo" your TRS2006 serial number when you did enter it? This may have caused confusion on Auran's end. Contact the helpdesk again and see what they have to say.

This doesn't sound Kosher I think it maybe just a misunderstanding on Auran's part.

No. The serial number in question is completely different. The weird thing about this is that only until recently did Auran partially disable my account on grounds of this "illegal activation" that supposedly took place over a year ago. Auran did not notify me of this and only when I sent a ticket questioning the partial disable that they mentioned this Mar 14 incident. I registered my TRS2006 serial number late last year and it was accepted, hence I see no further cause for such a problem.

Do you have of receipts of your purchase or confirmation of your purchase via emails, web download information, etc.? If you do you could email the attachments to Alan at the helpdesk to prove that they made an error, and that you did not attempt to register a bogus serial number three years ago.
