Access to Trainzitalia website

Sorry to post this here, but I've searched the forum and attempted to contact various people who seemed to have direct administration of the site without luck.
Does anyone know how or who you should contact if you would like to register on Trainzitalia's website?
The problem is the reCaptcha is shutdown so there isn't a way to finish the registration.
