A TRC Asset is Giving Me Trouble

I'm having trouble with one specific TRC asset, "<kuid2:839374:1001:1> TRC US 12x24 Safetran Cantilever 2L". I've used this for a few years on multiple different routes but now any new placements of it are not being recognized by the TRC 4 trigger. Old placements are still working and being recognized. I've tried reinstalling it and a database repair. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you merge your route with another route? That'll break TRC.

Try renaming the asset again. If that doesn't work you may need to delete the crossing, replace it and rename it.

No, I have not merged any routes that I've attempted to place it on. I've tried it on a few different ones. I have also deleted the placements and tried renaming them. All other TRC placements are working.
