I have a 90 day ticket when I try to download from the content manager it says server is full I tried contacting helpddesk on april 11 still no response how long does it take for them to get back to you?? this is ridiculous service
 
To be able to use your 90 day ticket ......................

First you must 'Register' your copy of 'Trainz', (see above, left hand side) ....
... Then you must 'Activate' your ticket (FCT), which you do in your 'Profile', (above next to 'Register').
Please allow up to 24 hours for your ticket to become active after 'activating' it.
 
BLACKWATCH is correct - you must register your version of Trainz to use the Download Station (you can do this by clicking Serial Number above then filling in the required information.

It does not appear to be from here - have a look next to my user name for example - I have several versions registered.

If you have actually registered it (using the 'Serial Number' option above) and it appears on that page, then click 'Profile' above, then 'Download Tickets' to reach the page where you can activate your FCT.
