2019 not letting me login

Hi,

Just installed 2019 and it was working after the installation, then my son closed the game and we tried to get back in we click on the start game button and it asks for username and password, so i put that in but the login button is grayed out and we can't log in.

tried restarting the computer but that didn't work.

any ideas?

Never mind. I just hit the enter key and it logged me in. working fine now. Can't figure out how to delete this post.
