They are the same basic engine.

They are 2 generations of the same locomotive.. First Gen ACe's have the headlights on top of the cab... Second Gen ACe's are the ones that have the nose light

Sorry no wings or flags on the UP version, personally I don't like them so as its my Trainz world I left them off.:hehe:
