don't get me wrong, I entirely agree with you that it should not be happening and what makes it worse it seems to have been going on for quite some time.
However, threads are popping up all over forum regarding first-class ticket and problems accessing the download station. It would be far better if they were concentrated into one or two threads as In That Way, Auran might well post replies back to the problems.
As it stands with so many threads going on Auran are unlikely to respond to anyone with the exception of the general announcements they are making in a separate section on the forum.
that's why I said look through the forum as you will see on the same page as this is being posted there are several around the same subject.
Agree, poor service again, but if a group of individuals act together they are more likely to get results than acting alone
