TRS2010 Engineers edition crashes

Every time I clicked my mouse button on Route, Scenarios, Railyard, Tutorial, and something like that, it crashes and brought me out of the game without any reasons. And also, the asset change scanning's process took a very long time.

PC:
Windows 7 (32 bit)
Nvidia GeForce 220
Pentium(R) Dual Core 2.8GHz

It does take a long time for the database to set itself up.

You may have a faulty installation, and need to remove (with the windows add/remove routine to clear the registry) and re-install. Make sure any anti-virus prog is disabled while you install, and in win 7 install as an administrator.

You do not appear to have registered your seriaL number.

or when you exit trainz and turn off you computer give it a few mins before you trun off you computer.. could be taddom running
