Total Walt Disney World Monorail Xperience

Hey, Walt Disney World Fans! I want to share some pics of the Walt Disney World Resort made in Trainz 2004. If you want to comment feel free about it. Notice that explicit comments will be ignored. I've also started working on a new project that is still in prototype stage called Montreal Express, but this is out of the subject. Within the Xperience, there is the Resort, Express and Epcot beams, Magic Kingdom Railroad and Horse Trolley. New monorails paint schemes and all of the surface is covered with satellite photos for realistic ground textures. Remember that his project is still in devloppement and that further works will go on. I'll let you drool over these pics. Hahaha!

Some things that I couldn't upload here were the new door sounds with the bell, Epcot music as idle 1 or the bell (b) button, Automatic triggered spiels like Welcome to Epcot, We are entering Disney's Contemporary Resort and We are approaching our station at the entrance to Main Street USA.

Wow!! I'm WDW fans toooo!!!:hehe: I has been there WDW many times every years. I love Disney forever.

Well, I've been there only once in the fifteen years of my life :hehe:. I based this on my unforgettable experience of these days, photos, monorail pilots on forums and few other things. I would say that this one is the most serious map I've ever done. Maybe that someday, somehow, I'll be ready for sharing!

This post is just to do an update of the progress made so far.

I made a new unpainted monorail scheme and I want to have your creation for the paint scheme. PM me your artwork and I'll make it the next monorail paint scheme for TRS 2004! Your ''artworked'' monorail will be sent back to you as a .CDP package. The first five artworks will be choosen so hurry up! Stop Thinking, Make A Move!

Except this little contest, I've made a Polynesian Resort Station, but it's having quite a bug. No textures and tiny as the width of the beam :hehe: ! I'll be fixing it soon!

OUCH! My Hard-Drive is dead! Need to format, but i'm still fighting! Gonna take it to a company that is recovering by Physical Data. Those pics are the ones of a probably dead project! :'( :'( :'( :'(

Ok! So here's the plan. Going to try to recover my HD and if it is a success I'll be working on it soon. But if it's a failure... No need to say that this is gone. Pehaps it will work, perhaps not. For those who are interested in some Monorail tech here's a good site to learn.

Here's a preview of the Mark I skin that I did for the monorail. That's gonna be pretty cool to use with the Disneyland Route.




For the moment I've only done the Red color. Gotta wait for the bubble top because I don't know yet how to use GMax and all that stuff. I'm only a repainter after all! :hehe:

I've made a Mark I horn just for that one, but can post the sound. I don't want it to be downloaded by anyone with bad intentions, you know. Inside the good people crowd, there's still some bad people!

:hehe: The crap on the computer, mine is like that too! I suggest that you do a folder only for your downloads and another for the game itself. If you do then forget waht I said. Your a Trainz Master beside me!

BTW, The contest for the monorail skin artwork is still ON. There's not that much participation here! It would be interesting to see what would you put onto the trains. Show me your BEST artworks!

Former WDW Monorail Pilot chiming in here...just have to say that I love what I'm seeing! Driving the WDW Monorails and doing the real thing was just out of this world!

To install, just replace a monorail color. I just copy those into the car and cab folder. Example: Trainz main dirctory/world/dispatcher/downloads/kuid2 31293 1031/mkvicabblue_body and then copy the file 3 times and rename them to match the full size, med and tiny copies. The file names that should be replaced are mkvicabexterior.tga, mkvicabexterior_med.tga, mkvicabexterior_tiny.tga and do the same for mkvicarexterior.tga, med and tiny copies in the cab folder. The car folder doesn't need the cab textures. Thanks for downloading, if you have any questions feel free to ask and please warn me if there are some broken links.

Can you send maroon, teal, and your year of a million dreams monorails in a cdp? And i reeeeaaaaallllllyyyyy need the TTC and Monorail Shop. please???? if not, can you tell me how to get the monorails onto the railyard and dls. and just a reminder, Im with TRS2006 and Trainz for iPad and I cannot get to world/dispatcher. How do you get to that using TRS2006?
