HELP URGENT !

i have rebooted my computer a couple of days ago and i enterd my product key and now it saying my product key is already in use and now my computer wont let me use anything apart from internet explorer ? can any one help please ?

Hi,

When you say 'rebooted' do you mean that you re-installed Windows. The term 're-booting' is used to describe shutting down and re-starting your computer.

As far as being told that your product key is already in use have you done a new install of Trainz which you are trying to re-register, and if so are you using the same username as you used to register the first time?

If you can be a bit more specific with your problem we can see what we can do to help

i re-installed windows vista , then 30 days later it said my product key was already registerd and i would have to buy a new one , but it sorted now i had to contact microsoft to give me a confirmation number .
