One Way Roads?

Has anyone created any "One Way" roadways for '09? If so, what are the names of them? In particular, I am looking for a 2lane, one-way road (asphalt) to use in a location where the boulevard is separated by multiple rails and drainage ditch. OK to have sidewalks... or not.

oneway road.

I know there are in TC3 as I used them alongside the Boulevard in my San Francisco Cable Car route.
And when I transfered the local folder to 09 They showed up but do not know if the were already available built in 09.

Thank you, NormP.

It is included in '09 and will work. The sometimes archaic descriptions make it difficult to get good search results in CM, though I have to admit, I hadn't thought of looking for 'freeway'.
