    One of the dangers of buying from Ebay or Amazon perhaps? Talk to the helpdesk and see if they can assist you, though I suspect that I already know what their answer will be.

    Did you buy it from a grey market site like Kinguin, CDKeys, or similar? If so, open a support ticket with the vendor.
