Yes, sorry, Should have paid attention to your timeline. Not sure what version 2009 uses? As tracksupervisor mentioned above, these two versions are on DLS:
<kuid2:124060:10010:1> Baggage version 2.4
<kuid2:124060:10010:3> Baggage version 2.9
THe 3.4 version lists as "Misc" rather than "Commodity", like the other versions, so I don't know if that affects how it is used in game.
Version :2 lists as an unknown asset, so I am not sure what is up with that.
