Era and Session Setting

I fell sure that thee is an answer to the following two issues that I have

1 - My route is set in time 110 years ago, how does one set the correct year date in the environment control panel.
2 - I utilize engines having manually selected numbers, how does one set these when emanating from a portal.
3 - Also in relation to 2 above, how does one mount the correct running lamps.

1-while scripting on the SDCR I found that the Auran/N3v game years are from 1970-2038
don't ask me why.
2-Not sure about portals, but if you use Pitkins Instant move train rule
you first place it in Surveyor FI in a shadow station and set all its properties.
Then later it can be placed/spawned via the driver command and should keep its properties (incl. number)
3-lamps, depends on the train/vehicle, some are scripted, some use LLCR some the tail-lights container in config
most trains when driving will set them correct, based on direction and time
