It isn't possible unless you modify the mesh so technically you could add an attachment point then add a driver but it is messy. A better solution would be look at the texture and see if you can add one to a window or ask the cantent creator nicely to add one for you.

You can probably do this without messing about with attachment points by just adding a second entry to the mesh table of the vehicle asset referencing a driver figure from another asset with a position tag to get it in the right place. You'd have to do a lot of trial and error to get the position right, but it's a fairly straightforward process...
