how can I get trainz to delete my old e mail address I had 20 yrs ago when I join trainz last year I sign up again Nd had a new e mail but now when I try to order 2019 It brings up my old e mail to comfirm order which I don't have

Not sure if the correct email you are asking about (surely there is only one per account) but on my account page I can change (edit) my email address. Log-in to your web Trainz account and on left top "My Account" you'll see your email (third item down) and "edit." There is some additional info on that page. Perhaps this will do what you request.

I also have an old email I have not been able to access for 10 years. There is no way to get rid of it.
I had it send emails on to my proper one before I lost control of it. So I get two emails from N3V every time.
I was able to unsubscribe from the newsletter on my normal one as I have no interest in TS19, I have to delete the one though the other one.
Can't be bothered going through the helpdesk drama.
