I also have an old email I have not been able to access for 10 years. There is no way to get rid of it.
I had it send emails on to my proper one before I lost control of it. So I get two emails from N3V every time.
I was able to unsubscribe from the newsletter on my normal one as I have no interest in TS19, I have to delete the one though the other one.
Can't be bothered going through the helpdesk drama.
