I need help. I'm trying to install Trainz 2010 Engineers edition. I entered my serial number like on the back of the manual but it dosen't work. (I have retail edition by the way)
Ensure you are using the same username you used originally and it is the same one used to log into your Planet Auran account originally. (Planet Auran is now My Trainz).
If you have registered previously and entered in your serial number on your Planet Auran account, you'll find your serial number up there under your serial numbers and you can then copy that from there.
If you have done all this and still can't login, contact the helpedesk for assistance.
