I recently bought TMR2017. It's a decent-enough version, and most of the included routes work well.
But, there are three serious flaws in the Japan - Model Train route. All three of them are broken track that causes derailments and kills the session. Being payware, there is no way to correct the problem. That makes the route unusable - and that should never happen to something we paid for. I'd try to pinpoint the three pieces of broken rail, but I have no idea how I'd give a location as there are tracks everywhere. One of the serious ones is as the train goes from ground-level and takes to an elevated stretch.
The Port Zyd and Falazturn Railroad is an amazing route but suffers from floating gear from every turnout (switch) on the line. By "gear" I mean the movable piece of the switch that extend from the frog. They aren't visible AT THE SWITCH, but if you cruise around the route, you can find them floating over buildings, in the water, and sticking out of odd structures.
I've only given the rest of the included routes a glance so I don't know if they have flaws yet.
Since one cannot edit them, or do anything to correct errors, what can be done with them?
