Whats the difference between the DLC BN route and the JR one?

Is there any difference between the two? I have the one from you guys but Alex said he was working on a version with seasonal trees and textures with some other updates. Were these added to the one that is available as Payware DLC or is the DLC route the exact same as the one from JR and the one Alex is working on will be release when its ready?
