Missing SD70MAC Dependencies

I just downloaded two recently purchased locos. There are both missing <kuid2:45324:90200:1>. I did a search on JR's site to no avail. I don't find any notes to grab any extra dependencies with these files?

This asset is a cab. Specifically, "EMD Widecab Mechanism Type 1". The KUID index is a godsend.

I just found it via kuid finder. Odd that when I enter a search on their site,I get no hits?

Easy enough to search on JR.com, when looking up deps I only stick the numbers in so I looked up 45324:90200 and it took me straight to the cab.
