ZOMBIE assets will not stay Deleted

Hello again:
When in CM I will delete a asset and the next time I run CM .... there it is again!
I know I have deleted the same asset 3 or 4 times.
I'm losing assets I don't want to loose and deleted assets re-appearing.

Are you running the program as administrator if you are using Windows Vista and up? If not then there's some other underlying issue, and this might explain your DBR that your program ran for you the other day. You may have to run it again and see if that fixes the problem.

RAM 12 GB
64 bit

run as administrator NOT checked.

Try checking the box and running again and see what happens.
