There is nothing to explain all it says is server is full try again later or invalid password and username. The other one is that content manager is offline. I'm not acting like sa 2 year old. A two year old would cry jump up and down. Which I'm not doing I just want to know how the server can go out like that.

As I said before, I have a feeling that (partly due to the parental controls on your system) your account may not have sufficient permissions to be able to run Trainz or the DLS properly, but you will have to speak to whoever manages the parental controls to sort the problem out.
As for the server full message, if you do not have a FCT, then you will have to keep trying. If you do have one, try changing your password in your profile (you can use the same one)

Listen clown. If I could do half the stuff you suggested I would have done it by now but if you clearly don't understand parenting control refuses me to do anything without a password so maybe if I wasn't being treated like a prisoner in Soviet union maybe I wouldn't be so upset. So don't call me a clown!!
Servers are machines.
Machines do break down.
One of the N3V servers was down for a while...but now up and running.
Is it possible that nothing ever breaks down in your house or car or school? If not, then that explains why you keep asking why a server can go down.
So, since N3V is up and running.... it appears the problem is still with your comp.

it's not the servers ....as i post here i'm on the DLS and downloading 604 content updates....yes i have a FCT.
Have you reported your being treated like a prisoner to a counselor at school?
Perhaps they can help you.

As to parental controls on a PC ... oftentimes parents know best.
Common sites to pick up virus and malware are Imageshack, Facebook, and tons of other networking sites, used everyday by nimrods ...
Parental control helps curb this ... and too it will help keep your studies under control, so that your school grades don't suffer, on account of time spent on the internet and with the adictive Trainz program.
What exactly is the exact problem that you are having with Trainz, and downloading ? I ferget' ... but that comes with my age.
I'm an ol' fuddy duddy ... I don't know it all ...but I know some things ... I think ?

If you are getting the server full message than this is most defintely - about 99.999% related to no FCT or an inactive one if you have one. Username and password issues happen if the server is offline and you try to connect.
Also with Parent Controls, they can be set to be on and off at different times, so you may be trying when they are active and blocking the internet. If this is the case, then there's no way to connect to N3V's servers no matter how much Content Manger tries!

Can you explain? What sort of trouble?
I would strongly suggest that you do NOT post what trouble you were involved with.
The internet is unforgiving and stays around a long time.
