Why wont you answer my questions ? I have seen you on the forum at least three times sent i posted it on knowledgebase expansion and submitted a ticket at support center over two weeks ago.

Generally speaking the process is post the question in the forum and some one will answer, not necessarily Zec.

Helpdesk gets behind from time to time and at the moment they are probably concentrating resources on the memory problems that TS2010 has and getting it out of the door.

Danny, one other thing you should check is your e-mail Spam mailbox.

I had the same issue and complained loudly about the Help Desk service until I found their responses in my Spam mailbox.
Very embarrassing.

Donzer63,john,nawlins, all i wanted to know is how long a 20% voucher is good for,and why can't i get a DVD of the patch from 37625 to 40040.
After all i bough the 2009 on a DVD because of having dail up and this would take me 50 hrs to D/L if i could stay connected.
I put post on the forum no respond on voucher and no taker on down loading it for me.
So you see why i need a answer. If the voucher run out then i wont get 010.
If i can't get a DVD to bring 09 up to date then i wont buy anything from Auran again.

Whether or not Auran releases the patch you want on DVD it's a free download, and rather than paying shipping from Australia, you might find it quicker and cheaper to visit the Botetourt County Library, where I expect that they have high-speed access, and take advantage of the free internet access to get the file there. I expect the file is about 500 MB, so it should fit on a flash drive, or a CD.

Have a dig in the forums but I think the 20% voucher is good on a preorder. When you go through the process it came up as an option on mine. More information is available here:

If you can't get to the library then I'm fairly certain some one can mail you a DVD with the file on or even mail you a copy of TS2010 but you'll need the serial number which comes separately.
