I definitely have to go with the Big Boy & anything ATSF steam.I also like the blue peppercorn colored BR Steam Loco that Paulz Trainz has for sale.Was that based on a real steam locomotive,if so,is there any pictures of it or at a museum somewhere.:wave:

Great Western Railway 4900 4-6-0 Hall Class

My favourite steam locomotive would be the GWR Hall Class. Hogwarts Castle(Real name Olton Hall) the locomotive that pulls the Hogwarts Express in the harry potter films is an example of the hall class. A really beautiful steam engine.

The last one is probably an underground compressed air mine locomotive. Quite a fancy one though! Note: there is no smoke stack, and there is a valve to add compressed air into the tank. And the rails look like they are the narrowgauge 18" mine rails.
