Every thing works alright its just that when I get in to Cmp it says can not find your profile or i dont have a valid serial number so i cant download from the dls. When i download it it said Netframe.2.0 was not compatible with 64bit operating systems.

That is very strange - .NET Framework 2.0 does work on Windows 7 64-bit.

It is important to run Trainz as administrator. What error did you get when you attempted to install .NET framework 2.0? If you are installing it from the CD/DVD, it should work.

I am aware though that .NET Framework is not turned on by default.

To turn it on:
1.Click Start.
2.Type 'turn windows' into the search box then click the result labelled 'turn windows features on and off'. Click Yes if prompted)
3.Click the box next to .NET Framework 3.5.1 to place a tick in it.
4.Click OK.

In terms of the CMP error message, that is covered a lot on the forums. Make sure you have registered your copy of TRS2006 with Auran, and that you have entered your username and password into CMP.

I have done what you you said but noting has worked. I just downloaded Netframe.2.0 and a screen popped up and it says this product is not supported on a 64-bit operating system. Then in the the top it say error: Cannot install on a 64 bit operating system.

These things happen - it would be useful if the forum had an option or setting to display any new posts on the thread being posted to before clicking the post button.

I agree, an auto warning would be useful, but have to say if you "preview" a post you can check - but who bothers...

Never mind two answers are better than none! :)

Cheers

Ok I downloaded the 64bit netframe.2.0 the screen now say download successfully. But now for the cmp not reconize my username and password. I am running under admin.

I can - have you entered your username and password into CMP?

If you have, check that the details in the Trainz options box (click Options on the launcher to access this) match your login details. It may also be useful to tick the 'Always Online' box.

If it is still not working, make sure you have registered your serial number on your profile (If you haven't, use the Serial Number option above)

Shane

EDIT: Itareus, it seems we posted at the same time that time (I even used the preview post feature)

Go to your profile on the Auran website and change or re-enter you password.

If this does not work then you may need to submit a ticket to the Auran helpdesk.

TS2010 is better suited to win7 64 bit.
