Why No Announcement by Auran ?

It's been over 3 days now since i uploaded some locomotive reskin assets they were approved but have yet to be displayed on the DLS. I see from at least 1 post that others are having the same problem. I have sent Auran a ticket of this and await a reply but it's surprising that an announcement hasn't been made by anyone at Auran via this forum site.

Probably got a backlog from when the servers were off line a few days ago unless you mean the EWs Royal Scotsman etc which according to Content Manager were there on the 11th?

What's the hurry? Sometimes we have to be patient with the DLS, try to temper your impatience until it's been at least a week!

Try using content manager not the black pages as there are 23 items of yours dated 11th 12th and 13th of January.

Unlisted items may still be accessible via Content Manager, as another user recently found out.

Same here now and the black pages have vanished as well.

I'm getting 404 errors for the web-based Download Station - haven't checked CM yet.

I think I need to alter part of my program to detect issues like this.

www.auran.com is offline at the moment too. I had to use the backdoor to get to the forums.

It seems to always happen around the same time, too - 22:00 UTC. It's frustrating, since that's the time I'm most likely to be free to download content.

I hope they get it sorted soon. TS2009 SP4 will not save correctly when the servers are down.

In the recurring threads on this topic, is that they often seem to come in on a
Sunday, and they rarely take to account the time difference between where the posters are (in this particular thread, in the UK and North America). By my crude estimate, as I write this (Just before 1900 UTC), the folks at N3V / Auran will not be in for another couple of hours, or so.

I expect when they get in, get their coffee, &c., then things will move back (or at least closer) to normal.

There were 5 Royal Scotsman assets (x4) different versions of 37428 and (x1) 37416. When i search the last of my (Shanks) assets to appear on the DLS is Royal Scotsman 37401.

Try using content manager not the black pages as there are 23 items of yours dated 11th 12th and 13th of January.

EDIT - So they are thanks for that at least i know there available on the CMP

Had an email back from the ticket i left them explaining that they were suffering from some server problems but they were hoping to have it sorted within the next 48 hours.

Surprised to still see no announcement on here though by Auran_Admin or Zec Murphy in the Auran Announcements topic section.
