Especially when Auran won't reply to helpdesk questions for TRS 2004 & versions below.

I am not from Auran but not many people these days surpport what is now the old version of there software.

Which phone number are you looking for - Auran the software group no longer is trading so why would they need a phone, nobody there to answer it.

You would need to find the phone number of the Auran holding company
