White Pine River Railroad

In the process of doing that. Some areas of the route have been done with rotated textures on them with other textures. I just need to take a screenshot of them which I will do in the morning.

Did a decent job texturing in the blank map I sent you awhile back. You need to rotate the rock face textures though.

Still need to learn proper texturing but better. Now as for the water. Exactly how close is it to the tracks at the bottom? That why when I sent you the route the water was low, that and its in a canyon

I see well thanks for the info Chance.

Cause I'm sure you have great textures under all those pofig evergreen trees. ;)

Thanks Jackie, Im glad you like it. Trainman7616 got me into using pofig trees instead of Tree Splines. He is the the one who helped me the most on tips and advice on how to make my route building look even better. This section Im working on is a somewhat older version of the route he used for 311 project that he let me us as an extension on my route but its not the version that he used since he modified it shortly afterwords he sent it to me.

Last shot for now because I have to head off for work.

Ok, I think that you need to try and build your own route, because for as much as you can learn from a route like this, you really, really, really need to try to gain and use some skills, on a new route. Yes, Trainman7616 did give you that route to work on, but personally I don't see much different from his aside from using textures he had already placed down in different areas, and a few other odds and ends. Perhaps try and learn something like hill creation instead of copy/pasting areas from other parts of the route. Also, if you are going to texture portions of the route, rotate the textures so they don't wind up tiling and looking bad. Also I suggest using more than one type of tree, as it looks incredibly unrealistic with a bunch of the same type of tree, unrotated, placed in the same matter over and over again. I personally think the route Trainman7616 gave you didn't require modification, and that after you modded it, the route just didn't look as good. To me, most of the highlights of the route look the same as the Black Wolf Central route he did a while back, with a few slight mods here and there, defined by your characteristics, which make the route seem odd at best. If you want feedback from people, then I suggest that you start putting it to use, and not writing it off for later or as nonsense.

Also, I would rather you didn't parade around the old LE&E betas that I sent you. Those are really old and outdated, and I don't really want people posting screenshots of them.
