Where's my Downloads

I bought & downloaded the Blue Comet & Dutchess but don't see them in my game. Not sure how to go about this with 2012. Not in my Railyard either. Can anyone give me some help with this? THANX

You do have to install them and input the serial number as well.

In addition to this, you may have to do an extended database repair. Be aware that if the favourites feature is still turned on (see my blog for advice on this), you will need to turn it off.

Joe: Look for them under CNJ. The 3 engines and coaches are terrific if you like to run steam as I do. Very realistic.

I'm guessing that's under Duchess, but I could be wrong there, as I haven't got that addon pack.

My have discovered the problem, but still can't find it. When installing, it states the download will go into AuranTS2010. I never had 2010...........so I re-installed & assigned it to 'N3V2012'. Smart, huh? NO - it's still not showing up. Not listed in my content either. Has anyone had this before that can give some insight? Thanx

Did you make sure you added it's serial number into TS12?

It is funny that there was no problem with Blue Comet only with the Duchess. I have both in TR10 so I am not sure about TR12 , but when I loaded both there was no problem after I turned off the favourites button as Shane has already said, and I had to DL the relevant patches for my build.

What do you mean add ser# into TS12? When downloading, yes, on both engine downloads. I'm sure you couldn't get them by leaving it blank, or putting in the wrong #. Yes, the favorites was off. I just went in to check, since I did it again today. How do I do 'extend data base repair'? I couldn't find it on Shane's site. Why can't I find it in the 2012 folder I assigned it to, & WHY did the download assign it to the 'ghost' 2010 folder that doesn't even exist on my PC? Thanx for looking into this!
