Where is the Favorites Toggle?

Hi!
I use Trainz since April 2002 and I received my new "Trainz Simulator 2009 World Builder" yesterday.
What a great Christmas gift!
When applying the "37625_to_38017" patch, the Favorites Toggle from Trains selection disapears in Surveyor mode.
It works with the 37625 version but no more with the 38017 patch...
Does someone have the same problem and does someone has a solution?
