Where is my Treez pack?

Ok, I ordered S&C and Murchinsson early to get a free Treez pack.
The site said that it would be added "later".

Now the Treez pack is released but I can't find any download link in my Auran store. Where should I look or do I need to contact Auran and ask them where my Treez pack is?

Now trying to use ESP to figure out what knowledge Auran wishes to impart to me, but am failing in this regard. Any help considered and welcome.
