where is my ticket?

I bought a 3 month download ticket. None of the items I downloaded came through. when I reinstalled trs2010 it still showed I had until 20 02 2011 now I ave nothing I had to change my user name what can I do, or am I just SOL?

No it still says I have no FCT

I don't get it if I enter under stridge I don't get my FCT when I login as yazooneastern it won't take my password .
earlier today I loged in under my orignal user name and pass owrd and My dls worked great . Thanks for your helps . I'll have to do somemore messing around to see if I can get in again

I just reread my last post I didn't want you to think I was being rude I am truly thankful. It seems I can get into DLS with my orignal password etc but I am still having trouble getting items I have in the cart to down load into the other thing a ma jig
