where is my serial number?

Byed Trainz2012 digital yesterday, but dont recieved any serialnumber.
Only a mail stating "Issued when payment received"..
Have checked with paypal, and they have forward payment yesterday.

What should i do?

or if for whatever reason you have to, use a debit paypal card like I did.
I do love my PayPal Student account when it works.

Used visa via paypal, newer got problems with them earlier, and they said they forwars payment. So the problem is nv3..
Have sent a ticket to them, but stll no answer..
