Try www.trainzkuidindex.com as it's pretty good at finding assets like this. You will need to create an account, however, the service is free with donations welcome.

In the even that the site can't locate the asset, you can put in parts of the Kuid such as the author id, or the left half of the kuid. Kuids are divided into parts. <kuid:128009:54387> is broken down as follows: 128009 is the author, with 54387 being the asset id. If there is a suffix :xx, the trailing two numbers are the version.

Additionally, since this is a hornsound, you can simply replace this with another one of your choice by updating the config.txt file for the asset.
