Where do I install manual patches?

Hello Everyone,
I have just installed TS2010 and I want to put all of the manual patches on from here: http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=59816 and here: http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=62766
When I install the patch it asks you where do you want to put it, and it gives you a chice of files in the game.

My question is which game file do I install the patches into?

Patches must be installed in the same drive and directory as the Trainz 2010 program (called trainz.exe). In my case trainz.exe is on drive D in the directory D:\Program Files\Auran\TS2010 so that is where I tell the patch installer to install all the 2010 patches

As you have TS2010, you should be only installing one of the patches (from the SP3 hotfix page) - it will be xxxxx_to_44088.exe (where xxxxx is your current build number)

Also, patches can normally detect where they have to go (if you have installed in the default location). If you have installed it anywhere else, you will need to click the .. button at the top of the patcher window to find your TS2010 folder and select trainz.exe (not the one in bin, it will be the one in the TS2010 folder itself)
